Default Cautery Signet + Plague Sending

I am unexperienced player and look for your opinions here... I accidentally came up with the following combo which looks extremely tempting here, but before going on hunt with Signet of Capture in 2 different campaigns I want some expert's blessing here... Aim: some decent PvE more PvP eventually...

The combo in question: Cautery Signet + Plague Sending

Basic idea is a fast cleansing of a whole party of all kinds of annoying conditions, which are spammed a lot while self inflicting a severe and long duration condition and making a nice small nuke of it with plague sending...

Simply said - remove all conditions from party, inflict long burn on yourself and then transfer it to some unlucky opposition guy with 8 degen hopefully grabbing some of his friends along...

Your thoughts?

Too gimmicky. It's too much work to have something so small go through. It only takes a small condition removal to ruin all the work you just went through to even accomplish a (from a practical view point) ~10 second burning duration.

As long as you have cautery I see no reason why you can't just switch your condition removal skill to 'plague sending' (I posted this build in the 'basic' thread) just make sure not to base the entire build on it... make sure the rest of your skills can hold their own.

He said he is a new player so cautery signet would be a better choice because it requires less focus on the party bar and more on the enemies. (works just fine in pve)and if he wants to send the burning to someone else there is nothing wrong with replacing Rem. sig. with PS.

... I would'nt say that this is a good idea in pvp however.

I do like plague sending and cautrey signet as in PvE enemies are usually bunched up so maybe 15secs burning to each and i dont think alot of pve monks have been given condition removal. id say better in a back line player than front line due to the sacrafice. motivational paragon with cautrey signet and plague sending works for me
